• Plymouth Options: Plymouth’s NHS Talking Therapies Service. Offers support for adults experiencing low mood, anxiety, stress, or sleep difficulties. Self-refer by calling 01752 435419 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) or by searching Plymouth Options.
• NHS 111: Available 24/7, 365 days a year. Call 111 and select the mental health option for urgent support (for all ages).
