Online consultations
An online consultation enables you to contact a GP or other health professional over the internet. It saves you waiting for an appointment or going to the GP surgery.
Prescriptions
Order repeat prescriptions by logging in to your NHS account, using the NHS App or the NHS website, and have them sent to a pharmacy of your choice.
Health records
If you are 16 years or older, you can view new information that has been added to your GP health records through the NHS App, which allows you to read and review notes from your appointments in your own time. For more information watch this video
Messaging
The messaging services available in your NHS account depend on your GP surgery or healthcare providers. You may be able to view/send messages from/to your GP surgery and other NHS services (through the NHS App Messaging service).
Linked profiles (Proxy Access)
As a parent, family member or carer, you may be able to access services for someone else using linked profiles. This is also sometimes called having proxy access.
