If you try the app and your medications aren’t visible, order via the website, click the link Prescriptions and Medicines and list the medication you require on the Repeat Prescription Request Form. It is helpful to other clinical members of the Primary Health Care Team (such as District Nurses and Health Visitors) to have access to your records during consultations. If you are not happy with this arrangement please tell the reception staff when you make an appointment to see a member of the Primary Health Care Team.

WHAT IS IT?

As NHS and social care organisations such as local authorities in Devon work ever closer together within our Integrated Care System (ICS) there is an increasing need to legitimately share and link data between its partner organisations within the ICS. The One Devon Dataset brings together this data from health and social care providers across Devon to facilitate the effective Population Health Management.
