**** Important Announcement ****
We are temporarily unable to register new patients at our practice and are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
This decision has been taken to ensure the practice can continue to safely provide NHS services to the patients that are currently registered with us.
We will however continue to register new-born or adopted babies of parents already registered at the practice.
Unfortunately, we are not able to hold a waiting list of patients who would like to register with us in the future, but we do expect this to be a temporary pause and we hope to be able to accept new registrations again soon.
Once we are able to take new registrations again, this information will be available at reception and on the practice website.
There are several other GP practices nearby who you can register with. If you are not currently registered with GP practice locally, you can find your nearest GP practice on the NHS website www.nhs.uk/service-search/find-a-gp
Yours sincerely
Teresa Nation
Practice Manager

Guide to healthcare services for ethnic minority patients
The CCG has produced a guide to accessing healthcare services in Devon for GPs to use with patients who are from an ethnic minority or who are new arrivals in Devon.
Meeting the initial health needs of people arriving in the UK from Ukraine
All Ukrainian arrivals are entitled to full and free access to the NHS. To help individuals register with GPs, the NHS have developed bilingual registration forms and is reminding parents that proof of address or other forms of identification are not required when registering.
