The Plymouth SARC (Sexual Assault Referral Centre) has recently moved to new premises that provide improved 24 hour access to counselling and services including; better car parking, a state of the art adult forensic facility, as well as access to support staff and medical services at any time of the day or night. Sunflower Women’s Centre
Our Sunflower Women’s Centre is the only women’s centre in Plymouth, providing a safe hub for connection and hope. Every year, Sunflower supports and empowers more than 500 local women, many with complex needs and experience of trauma and abuse. Find out more
Sunflower offers a wrap-around therapeutic service for any woman in need in the City. This could include addictions, mental well-being, health, criminogenic behaviours, domestic abuse and social isolation.
Operation Emotion
Services for men who have been sexually abused – We operate weekly support groups that are a safe place for you to speak freely about what is bothering you without fear of being judged. These groups are friendly and supportive and also engage in wider social activities to help combat isolation.
