Before filling out a registration form, please check whether you live within our catchment area using the postcode search function below.

Students attending Plymouth University can register with the University Medical Centre, regardless of whether they live in the upper or lower catchment area shown on the map below. To determine if you live within either catchment area, use the postcode search function.

New patients wishing to register with Peverell Park Surgery must live in the upper catchment area; therefore, the postcode search must indicate that you are in the upper section of the map.
