TALKWORKS menopause course
Sign up for TALKWORKS six-week menopause course
TALKWORKS is offering a free menopause course, providing participants with information, strategies and techniques to reduce the impact of symptoms of menopause and perimenopause. The six week course will start on Tuesday 20 August.
The sessions will then run every week for 2 hours, at the same time each week. The course is open to NHS staff and patients, and is free to attend. TALKWORKS also offer one-to-one treatment and support for menopause, which can be delivered face-to-face, over the phone or online via video call. Early morning and evening appointments are available, as well as online self-help through Silvercloud, accessible any time of the day or night. You can refer yourself for support by filling out the online self-referral form on the TALKWORKS website.
