Mental health support available over the festive period
As the festive season approaches, we want to remind everyone that mental health support will be available across Devon and Plymouth for those in need.
While this time of year can bring joy and celebration, it can also be challenging for those struggling with their mental health. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, lonely, or in need of someone to talk to, help is available throughout the holidays.
- Plymouth Options: Plymouth’s NHS Talking Therapies Service. Offers support for adults experiencing low mood, anxiety, stress, or sleep difficulties. Self-refer by calling 01752 435419 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) or by searching Plymouth Options.
- NHS 111: Available 24/7, 365 days a year. Call 111 and select the mental health option for urgent support (for all ages).
- Samaritans: Available 24/7 by calling 116 123 email jo@samaritans.org
