If you would like to track a Choose and Book referral please contact The Devon Referral Support Services Helpdesk on 01626 883888. If you would like to track an ultrasound referral, please contact the Peninsula Ultrasound Service on 01872 555755.

Self-Referral

It is possible to self refer to some mental health services and for physiotherapy, please see the information as detailed below.

However, if you feel you’d may need any other referral, please contact the surgery on 01752 766644 to make arrangements to speak to a GP who will be able to explore your problem in detail and discuss options available.
