It is possible to self refer to some mental health services and for physiotherapy, please see the information as detailed below.
However, if you feel you’d may need any other referral, please contact the surgery on 01752 766644 to make arrangements to speak to a GP who will be able to explore your problem in detail and discuss options available.

Supporting you to manage Depression, Anxiety, Stress, OCD, Phobias and Life Pressures.
Counselling – Plymouth Options
A flexible therapeutic approach provided by Plymouth Options which is helpful to people presenting with a wide range of issues. This offers a safe place to work through distress and feel supported without being judged or instructed.
Compassionate Minds – Plymouth Options
Compassion Focused Therapy – groupwork provided by Plymouth Options for adults coping with low self-esteem, self-criticism and difficulties with trust.
Physiotherapy
Musculoskeletal problems such as neck pain, back pain, muscle strains, ligament strains and arthritis are appropriate for this service.
