Shelter – What we do nationally

Shelter helps millions of people every year struggling with bad housing or  homelessness through our advice, support and legal services. And we campaign to make sure that, one day, no one will have to turn to us for help.

What we do locally

We provide advice and specialist help for those with a housing or housing related problem. We deal with clients who are eligible for advice under Legal Aid rules,  both certificated and Legal Help cases; but also offer a Service, subject to capacity, to those who are not eligible for Legal Aid.
